Dear reader,

A new year unfolds before us, and with it a calendar of opportunities invites us to learn, work, and serve as tools for our own spiritual growth.

More than promises lost amid daily agitation, what we need is individual commitment—one that demands discernment and courage to be put into practice.

As Emmanuel tells us in The Gospel According to Spiritism, “courage is needed to overcome oneself than to overcome other people. (ch. XI, item 11).

Whatever the challenges of 2026 may be, we know they are the corrections of our own shortcomings, built by us and to be healed only by us. We cannot linger in enmities and offenses, discouragement, or complaints. The new world awaits the new human being in order to be established.
